Cliff Hanger

The Cliff Hanger is manufactured by Dartron Industries Inc. based out of Salem, OR.

The ride is mounted on a 28' trailer and weighs 38,000 pounds. It can be dismantled by 2 people in less than 3 hours.

There are 10 cars, each holding 3 passengers. You must be 46" or taller to ride. It has a capacity of thirty adults or children per ride cycle accomidating a total of 625-750 customers per hour depending on ride duration. The recomended ride duration is between 1 min. 45 sec. & 2 min 10 sec. It can handle a maximum load of 5,400 lbs. or 540 lbs. per car.

The maximum wind speed is 40 mph with passengers. It has requires a Width of 63', a Depth of 70' 6" & a Height of 45'. The ride reaches 40' when in operation.

There are a total of 2,617 lights on the ride and an addition 109 lighting the sign. There are also 10 flood lights used around the perimeter of the ride.

The ride is powered by an electric motor which is 50 hp, 1750 rpm and requires 80kw of power to run it and a voltage of 220v 3-phase with ground and a 225 amp circuit breaker.
